When I met Jason, I had just turned 50 and the last of our children left for college, I sought out Jason to do something for myself after 25 yrs of living for my kids & husband. What appealed to me was the one on one time with Jason & not just in the studio but his texts & phone calls throughout the week checking on how I'm doing with meals and workouts on my own. I've now been at FitKing studio for 2.5 years, I have more self confidence, doing workouts I never thought I would be able to do and my

Working with Jason has been great! I look forward to going to the gym and exercising every week. Since I started going to FitKingCo. I have noticed an increase in flexibility and mobility of my joints, which has helped with my knee pain.
My wife starting working out at FitKing with Jason King nearly three years ago and after several months she convinced me to give it a try to assist with flexibility and strength. I began work outs, along with my brother, in the Fall of 2018. Jason made an immediate connection with us and our off beat sense of humor. He helped us evaluate our goals for improving flexibility and strength mostly to assist with our golf game. Jason has an in-depth knowledge of the human body and used that knowledge to help us accomplish our goals, while customizing his approach based on our individual abilities (I am much stronger than my brother, so I was asked to do more:). Jason always finds the right balance between pushing us to do more while insuring our safety and health. Since the onset of the COVID isolation, my wife and I have been working with Jason remotely. He has done a great job of incorporating the items we have at home to insure a dynamic workout. It is amazing how he can incorporate the most basic of household items to insure we meet our workout goals. Jason always incorporates nutrition into our discussions; helping us build meal plans to meet our objectives. Working with Jason has been a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend his services.
